Dishoom: ‘We don’t like doing delivery, but the volume is there’

Since reversing its decision to offer a lockdown delivery option, Dishoom is looking to relaunch the service despite a “house view that we don’t like doing it,” co-founder Shamil Thakrar told MCA’s The Conversation.
