FSA review after Russel Hume and 2 Sisters scandals

The Food Standards Agency (FSA) and Food Standards Scotland (FSS) have launched a review of meat cutting premises and cold stores following serious non-compliance issues found at plants operated by 2 Sisters Food Group and Russell Hume.
