To ensure all our e-newsletters get delivered straight to your inbox, we recommend that you follow the below steps. This is a one-time only task to ensure our emails are delivered or don't accidentally land in your junk folder.

How to add MCA to your ‘whitelist’ or ‘safe senders list’

Step 1: Please get your IT department to ensure that our "from address" and our sending IP address are whitelisted for your organisation / users:

  • From address: newsletter@email.mca-insight.com
  • Sending IP address: 62.210.194.159

Step 2: Please get your IT department to ensure that any user-level blocking / blacklisting is removed for the following entries:

  • newsletter@email.mca-insight.com
  • bounce@marketing1.william-reed.com

Step 3: Please add us to your ‘safe senders list’, by following the instructions below for each of the email clients you are using:

Apple Mail for Mac
