Welcome Break is to get a Sainsbury’s Local convenience store on its Birchanger Green service station on the M11, near Stansted.
Sainsbury’s will test the store over the next six months.
Welcome Break’s staff will man the shop.
Rival Moto has a tie-up with Marks & Spencer’s Simply Food Outlets.
