Nick Young, former operations director at Pizza Express, has joined Punch Pub Company, the managed arm of Punch Taverns. Young has been appointed operations director of the company's price-Led pub restaurants. He replaces Alan Morgan, who was promoted to national operations director for Punch Pub Company late last year. Prior to joining Pizza Express, Young was managing director of O'Briens Sandwich Bars (UK), and before that commercial director at motorway services operator, Moto Hospitality.
