Bone Daddies appoints ops director, eyes third site

Bone Daddies, the informal Japanese restaurant concept led by former Zuma head chef Ross Shonhan, has appointed Dinah Meister, former director of operations at La Bottega, to the same role as it moves close to securing another site, M&C Report has learnt
