Nando’s non-executive chairman Andrew Lynch has stepped down from the business after six years to be replaced by Graham Allan, MCA can reveal. Lynch originally joined the peri-peri specialist in 2014 as its first group CEO, before deciding to withdraw from executive life in 2018. He moved into a role as non-executive chairman and was succeeded as group CEO by Rob Papps in November 2018.
