The Umbrella Project, the fledgling operator co-founded by former Living Ventures, All Star Lanes, Columbo Group and All Star Lanes employee Andy Kerr, is eyeing plans to launch a fast food concept and open bigger sites encompassing different trading formats, M&C Report has learnt
