Panmure Gordon recommends buying Fuller Smith & Turner at £15.55 (£15.20 this week).
The broker says 2008’s profits should be supported by at least six new pubs to take the estate to more than 360.
Panmure says the group is low in gearing while rich in assets and operating performance.
