Mr Lyan launching bar with Silo

Ryan Chetiyawardana, the former world champion bartender behind White Lyan and Danelyan, has teamed up with zero-waste chef Douglas McMaster to launch a cocktail bar at the latter’s Brighton restaurant Silo.
