More ex-Marston's pub properties to house Co-ops

NewRiver Retail, the specialist REIT focused on the UK food and value retail sector that bought 202 Marston’s pubs last November, has agreed to lease 63 new convenience stores from land on its pub portfolio for conversion to Co-op sites
