Emeny: ‘We’ll need to recruit 4,000 staff over next 18 months’

Fuller’s has estimated that it will need to recruit another 4,000 staff over the next 18 months in order to sustain its current level of service, chief executive Simon Emeny told delegates at the MCA Pub Conference earlier this week.
