Cloverleaf founders form joint venture with Holts

Joseph Holt, the Manchester-based brewer and pub operator, has entered a joint venture with Cloverleaf Restaurants founders John Winder and Gary Douglas to acquire and develop sites for a number of new-build pub restaurant concepts, M&C Report has learnt
