People 1st: ‘Hospitality still not perceived as a career path’

Simon Tarr, managing director of People 1^st, has expressed concern that no hospitality roles were included in last week’s UK Commission for Employment and Skills (UKCES) list of 40 top jobs in ten key occupations.
