The Pinkberry chain in America has banned customers from taking photographs in its 26 outlets after rival copycats like Kiwiberry, Fiore and Rosegreen began offering almost identical frozen yoghurt menus.
Angry bloggers have called the defensive tactics 'Nazi-like' and described Pinkberry fans as 'the new Scientologists'.
