The annual sell-out event is back for its first face-to-face conference since 2019, with senior leaders from across the sector coming together to network, share vision and strategy, and digest the current dynamics of the sector through a day of keynote speeches, insight presentation, panel discussions and Q&As.
Headline speakers include: Paula Mackenzie, KFC UK & Ireland’s managing director; John Eckbert, CEO Five Guys, Minister Paul Scully, Jeremy King, CEO, Corbin & King; Lord Mark Price, former Waitrose MD and founder of employee engagement platform WorkL; and Keith Bird, CEO, Marugame Udon Europe.
The agenda also features panel discussions on the biggest issues impacting the sector, including recruiting and retaining staff, the drive to become more sustainable, investment opportunities in the recovery period, and the new property landscape. And there will be exclusive insight sessions from Lumina Intelligence, CGA and AlixPartners.
