New pubs minister revealed

Richard Harrington, parliamentary under secretary of state at the Department of Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy, has revealed he was appointed as the new pubs minister earlier this week, during a Westminster Hall debate on the application of the Pubs Code 2016, yesterday (24 January).
