Government urged to extend ACV protection to 9 months

The Communities and Local Government (CLG) Committee has called on the Government to increase the moratorium on the sale of a pub listed as an asset of community value from six to nine months, after claiming that around half of all community bids for ACV- listed properties have been unsuccessful.
