London hospitality sales continue to rebound

Sales in the capital may be up 6.4% year-on-year but inflation is cancelling out growth across the board, with overall sales across Britain’s managed restaurant, pub and bar groups up only 1.5% on 2021 levels, according to the latest Coffer CGA Business Tracker
